Updated: Oct 8, 2022

Medicare will not cover most of the expenses related with senior housing like assisted living or long-term care but it will pay for certain types of assistance like Home health care or a skilled nursing facility.

How much is the Medicare benefit allowance card? - Flexcard
I have seen carriers offering up to $300 per month depending on the zip code and the eligibility of the Medicare member.
Most of the times you will need to have Medicare and Medicaid to qualify for the $3600 yearly prepaid visa card But in some states some carriers will offer on 2023 around $480 yearly as part of their rewards program for their members that complete easy healthy activities assigned to them so everyone is eligible as long they decide to participate on the Healthy lifestyle program.

Is the rent assistance benefit consider as an income?
No. It will not be considered as an income this is an extra supplemental benefit from the Medicare Advantage plan for their qualifying members.
